my experience was horrible the two receptionists bianca and erika are always on their phone, and eating snacks ?? I never seen that before shouldn’t they be in the back eating, it’s very unsanitary. Dr.Michael is okay but just odd at times. As a customer service worker myself i definitely feel like everyone is very overworked and tired.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Michael since I was 14 years old, and I’m now 31 — that alone should tell you how much I trust this office! Over the years, Dr. Michael and his entire team have consistently provided top-notch care. The staff is always incredibly sweet, professional, and genuinely helpful, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. Recently, I chipped my tooth and needed a 3-unit crown. They took such great care of me throughout the entire process — from explaining every step clearly to making sure I was comfortable the whole time. What I really appreciated is how understanding they were about payments; they even offered a payment plan option in case I wasn’t able to cover the full amount upfront. This office truly goes above and beyond for their patients, and I wouldn’t trust my dental care with anyone else.

Love all of the workers there❤️ Have never had a bad experience with anyone of them. Super friendly service Extremely clean environment The assistants are so friendly, attentive and always listen to my concerns. Before any dentist walks in, The assistants don’t just prepare you, They try to empathize with you while being in pain because let’s face it, That what most people only choose to go see one. The ladies at the front desk have never been rude to me in person or on the phone. Whenever I needed a call back, I always got it from them. Always a friendly greet & professional. One of my top favorite dentist and let me just say I don’t like many dentists 🤣 Is, Dr Nathaniel Jacob DDS. Let me just say, He doesn’t rush you. Answers all the questions. Super gentle ( & keep in mind I don’t have the best memories or experience with dentists). However with him, Totally different experience. You won’t be disappointed ❤️ I rate him A+++ I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting other dentists there as well and cleanings And they all have been so friendly towards me.
